Becky and Tom Dodford Manor Barn

Posing happily on the beautiful wooden bench outside St Andrews church in Ampthill, Bedfordshire Becky and Tom couldn't have chosen a more poignant setting for their wedding photos.

For the church and its bench symbolises a wonderful family tradition that has seen their grandparents, parents and the groom's sister all tie the knot in the picturesque setting and then have a photograph taken on exactly the same seat.

And with professional wedding photographer Becky Kerr on hand to take the pictures of the besotted newlywed couple, not even the rain could get in the way of some fantastic photos being taken – which even saw Becky and Tom's Vizsla dog , pop by to St Andrew's to have a few shots taken with her devoted owners before she was then taken off by the dog sitter.

With a traditional ice cream seller standing outside the church, guests loved tucking into the thoughtful treat as they watched Becky and Tom pose happily as man and wife.

Then it was time for the newlyweds to hop into a vintage cream car to travel to the breathtaking Dodford Manor barn in Northamptonshire where the reception was being held.

As the groom is a keen rugby fan and a member of Ampthill's Rugby team, it was only fitting, then, that Tom and Becky made sure the sport was not forgotten on their special day. A strong rugby theme ran throughout the afternoon as guests toasted the happy couple and tucked into a scrumptious meal.

And with celebrations going on long into the night, Becky and Tom were determined to cherish every moment of their beautiful day that marked the start of a wonderful new chapter for them as Mr & Mrs.
