As a expirenced wedding photographer living in Ampthill in the heart of Bedfordshire, I shoot at hundreds of locations and venues around the country (and toverseas) but, mostly close to home in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London. Buckinghamshire Railway Centre, Quainton

Buckinghamshire Railway Centre, Quainton

Whether intimate or grand… Traditional or contemporary… Quirky or sophisticated…Vintage and modern. The Railway Centre offer all of this in a beautiful countryside setting, for Wedding or Civil Partnership the venue can hold up to 150 guests.

This unique venue hold many benefits from a competitively priced and flexible venue giving you a unique blend of quality and nostalgia. You even get to sign your marriage certificate in one of the old railway carries!

 

The Swiss Garden

The Swiss Garden

A beautiful unque hide away venue, located in Shuttleworth, Bedfordshire. This venue is not widley adverties as a wedding veune, it had been recently re-opened after a huge restoration project. The vast gardens have small building dotted around them. The Swiss Cottage is a beautiful 'hedden gem' in the gardens a long with the Grotto which is a must go to area for your wedding photos. 

Knebworth House

Knebworth House

Knebworth House in Hertfordshire is famous worldwide for its rock concerts and as the home of Victorian novelist Edward Bulwer Lytton, it is a wounderful wedding venue also. 

Your guest will arrive through the 250 acres of deer park with the towers of Knebworth House aprroching them from the distance. Wedding ceremonies may be held in the Tithe Barns, Cobbold and Lytton Barns, Garden Gazebo within Knebworth House Gardens and Knebworth House itself.

Knebworth House gardens are beautifully landscaped in the Victorian and Edwardian times. They offer the beautiful setting for your treasured photographs with Knebworth House as a stunning backdrop. Civil marriage ceremonies can be held in the Garden Gazebo within the landscaped gardens.

The 16th Century Tithe Barns offer a stunning venue for your wedding breakfast and evening party, allowing you to host your perfect wedding day all at one venue.

 

Notley Tythe Farm

Notley Tythe Farm

Situated in the rowelling Chiltern Hills on the Buckingham and Oxfordshire border Notley Tythe Barns are a stunning rural location for your wedding.

The barns were lovingly restored in 1991 by the current owners converting the 12th Century barn into a beautiful wedding venue after over 350 year of it being used as a farm. 

Notley has a civil licence so you can getting married and enjoy your reception without travelling between venues. 

Tofte Manor

Tofte Manor

The oldest parts of Tofte Manor date back to 1613, but there has been a manor house on this site since before 1086, when Tofte Manor was mentioned in the Doomsday Book. This beautiful house and its stunning gardens have a wealth of quirky, hidden features, such as swings, crystals, and of course the Labyrinth which are ideal for taking some beautiful, unique pictures.

The Sculpture Gallery at Woburn is an elegant venue with private rose gardens and views over the Camellia Lake. The gorgeous rooms can accommodate up to 248 seated guests, and every aspect of the venue is a delight for a photographer.

Luton Hoo Walled Gardens

Luton Hoo Walled Gardens

The Conservatory and Walled Gardens at Luton Hoo is a marquee venue that takes advantage of the gorgeous surrounding countryside views. The five acre octagonal garden was established in the 1770s by John Stuart, Earl of Bute who was a consultant for the planning of Kew Gardens.

South Farm

South Farm

South Farm is a venue that's got a huge variety of locations for your wedding. From outdoor weddings at the Summerhouse, inside in the elegant Drawing Room, the rustic charm of the Old Dairy, or the vintage country style of the Tudor Barn - any style is easily accommodated. South Farm also has gorgeous gypsy caravans available for those staying the night, as well as 4 bedrooms in the house and camping grounds for the more adventurous!
