BOOKING FEE AND PAYMENTS

A non-refundable booking fee of £300 becomes payable when the customer signs overleaf. This fee is deducted from the total package price. The balance of the fee is due at least 10 working days prior to the wedding day.

LICENSE

Becky Kerr Photography (herein after called BKP) is to be granted artistic licence with respect to the poses, backgrounds and location used. Every effort will be made to satisfy the wishes of the client after discussion with them and to accommodate all the photographic shots required. However, in instances where bad weather, non-participation of guests, Bride or Groom or associated parties, the best judgement of BKP shall be made. If for any reason, BKP experience a lack of co-operation from any parties and photographs are unable to be taken to BKP’s instructions; BKP cannot be held liable.

The photographs will provide a pleasing colour balance, but BKP cannot guarantee exact colour matching. Owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes and materials, especially man made fibres, it is sometimes impossible to record on the film the exact colour of materials seen by the human eye.

Under the 1988 copyright Designs and patents Act, the copyright of all photographs belong to the photographer. It is contrary to the Act for any third party to copy or allow to be copied any photographs belonging to the photographer. BKP gives you permission to reprints/copies but the images must not be manipulated or heavily cropped. If you wish to post them on social media BKP logo must be on the image. Any use of the photographs for publications purposes by the client shall require the permission of BKP.

BKP have the right to use any photographs under this Contract for display, marketing, publication and /or Competition.

CANCELLATION

The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellations of any wedding within 26 weeks of the wedding date will result in the client being liable to pay 50% of the agreed overall fee. Cancellation of any wedding within 12 weeks of the wedding date will result in the client being liable to pay the full amount of the agreed fee. The said sum is payable as compensation for lost bookings BKP may suffer.

OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES

In extenuating circumstances including, but not limited to death, personal injury or sickness to the photographer BKP will engage a replacement photographer to undertake the contract.

BKP cannot be held responsible for the breach of this contract due to circumstances beyond their control. These circumstances include but are not limited to lack of access to the venue, church/reception/venue becoming unavailable, weather conditions preventing travelling etc.

With my experience in the magazine industry, working on everything from home and lifestyle to fashion photography, I know exactly how to plan a commercial shoot that’s going to work for your business.

Variety is a really important element of brand photography, so it’s essential that your shoot provides you with the imagery that reflects all aspects of your brand, and feels like it captures the essence of who you are as a business.

Branding photography packages

When we arrange a brand photography session, it always starts with a conversation with you to get to know you and your business, and to find out more about what you want to get out of your photo shoot.

We’ll talk about scenarios and locations (you’d be surprised how often your workspace isn’t the right place for photos!), and then I’ll create a plan for your session.

Our plan is our guide for your shoot, and details what shots we aim to take, what props you might need and what outfits you’ll want to prepare. So on the day we’re all perfectly prepared, relaxed and ready to go!

Commercial photography sessions are typically 3 hours for the shoot itself, although that can change depending on how many different locations or scenarios we want to create. Then within a week, you’ll be able to access own private online gallery to view the photographs.

I also offer shorter shoots, which is ideal if you’re just starting out, or need a smaller bank of photos to use online or on social media.

My path into commercial photography wasn't typical.

I'm Becky.

I started as a magazine picture editor, learning how to structure visual campaigns and build narratives that positioned brands. That editorial foundation taught me to see beyond individual shots and understand how imagery works as a complete system: how it builds credibility, communicates quality, and evolves with your business.

For over 20 years, I've brought this approach to my work. I work across your entire brand story, from active building sites and finished interiors to corporate events, award ceremonies, and team portraits, always with a process that integrates seamlessly into your operations.
